Thanks for visiting my website! I am excited that you are here. I love engaging with others and bouncing off creative ideas. I have been a serial entrepreneur for over 28 years. My passion is business and my love is people. I enjoy reading, writing, eating fine cuisine, cooking gourmet food, thrifting, traveling, spending time with family and attending my boys basketball games. I am a proud mom of two student, college basketball athletes who are the wind beneath my wings. I’ve been married to the same man, my best friend, for twenty four years. When I’m not working, I’m chilling with them.
I am a small business, people development consultant who specializes in building people one obstacle at a time through staff development and training, career consulting, HR recruitment, business development and growth, marketing, social media consulting, management and event planning. My strengths are my abilities to engage, reinvent, motivate and reactivate you or your group into changing how you think and work in your current and future environment.
I enjoy inspiring and motivating others through conversation and activity. With over twenty eight years of solid, results producing experience in sales, management, business development and marketing, I have served well in numerous capacities of leadership and growth. My book entitled, “The Master Tip Manual to Personal Success” explains my journey and my principles which has enabled me to achieve my goals and enjoy personal and career satisfaction. I received my BA in business administration with a concentration in management from Clark Atlanta University and an MBA degree in business administration from Fontbonne University. I am certified life and business coach, a licensed Broker/Realtor and a licensed Insurance Broker. I am also pursing a PhD in advanced human behavior. I have 30 plus hours in psychology and mental health. I am a proud member of Toastmasters International, The St. Charles Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, The National Sales Network and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
I have represented some of the top fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies in sales and team development, led organizations in medical equipment sales, anchored business development and managed business in home health and hospice, served as executive director for a home health agency and liaison for community support and education, sphere-headed telemarketing and insurance sales endeavors and consulted with credit collection agencies. My experience extends as a senior account executive and wholesale business marketing manager in the mortgage industry and a real estate broker of my own agency. I currently teach collegiate level classes in business, entrepreneurship and psychology online, through webinar’s and in the classroom.
